About

Hello, I'm Adam Finn, the passionate craftsman behind Last Shoes, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. My journey into the world of shoemaking began with a deep appreciation for the arts, initially through ceramics. This early endeavour helped me cultivate a meticulous attention to detail and a love for crafting objects that are not only functional but also carry a deeper meaning and beauty.

Eventually, my creative journey led me to shoemaking, a craft where fashion meets function in the most intimate way—through the shoes one wears. I studied the art under a seasoned shoemaker in Montreal and honed my skills across North America and Europe, learning from diverse cultures and their unique approaches to shoemaking. This global perspective is infused in every pair of shoes I create.

Last Shoes was born out of a desire to offer footwear that transcends the ordinary. Each pair is crafted using high-quality North American leathers, sourced from producers I personally meet, ensuring that every material reflects our commitment to quality and sustainability. At Last Shoes, we believe in creating footwear that isn't just meant to be worn, but to be experienced—shoes that become a part of your story.

My Toronto studio reflects this philosophy, serving as a creative space where I continue to design and handcraft shoes that combine traditional techniques with contemporary style. Whether it's through our bespoke services or the ready-to-wear collections, each shoe is a testament to our dedication to craftsmanship, style, and the unique narrative of its wearer.

I invite you to set up an appointment to visit Last Shoes, where you'll find not just footwear, but a piece of a craftsman's heart and soul, stitched and shaped for your journey.
