Returns, Exchange + Store Credit

I want everyone to feel good about the products they buy from me. If your purchase isn’t what you expected let me know, I will be happy to swap it out for something else. I am happy to offer exchange or credit within 14 days of receiving your purchase for purchases made online and in my studio. To be eligible for exchange or store credit, products must be in the original packaging and unused. In the case of store credit or a change in style, we ask that the customer be responsible for additional shipping.

Shipping is calculated at time of sale to ensure you get the best price. You will receive an invoice for your shipping via email.

In-Store Returns

Come see us at the shop during regular store hours to arrange a return for store credit or an exchange. Please come prepared with your text or e-mail copy of your receipt of purchase.
